Special Feeding
Although Uganda has initiated various poverty eradication programs, as a country, still faces various socio- economic hardships that require joint efforts in creating positive change in people's lives. It should be noted that children in Uganda live under extended families, through which they encounter different socio- economic and cultural hardship. As an organization, through feeding program children are provided with a special meal once in a while forexample on christmass days and other days in the year.

Most children under five years go to school without eating food which has resulted into their stunted growth due to poor feeding. Stunting in children affect the physical and mental development hence poor performance in class.

● Undernourished children are more likely to drop out of school or repeat academic years
●Poor feeding causes retated mental growth among children
Providing school meals not only improve children’s nutrition and health, it also plays a significant role in boosting attendance and graduation rates, as well as overall performance. With a full stomach, children are more likely to focus in school and retain more information, thus increasing the likelihood of higher literacy rates.
